Hi m8,
Nice fish you've caught so far this year. Yuo must be one of these lucky people who manage to get out fishing quite often by the looks off things.
Good to see one of the forum members catching carp, i'm sure there are other, maybe to shy to let us know
Keep up the good catch rate, nice pictures.
Cheers

I dont know about lucky,i usually work on the oil rigs but the agencies have not thrown any work my way for a while,so am just doing a couple of days a week freelance labouring and trying to get as much fishing in as i can, usually about twice a week, really enjoying getting back into my fishing,I will continue on Emerald until i have one of their twenties then i have somewhere else in mind

Yeah, not so lucky on the work front, but at least it does give you fishing time.
Good luck on Emerald i'm sure one of those twenties will grace your net soon. _________________ Carper Forum - www.Carper.co.uk

Cracking Captures Mate...
I have done a few sessions recently, but don't often take photographs, just fished the new lake "Mallard" over at Bluebells nr Peterborough (Home of Benson & Creature).
Wasn't a great session, but i a few years time, that is going to be a fantanstic runs water, still early days yet but the stockies are putting on the weight.

No one else out there fishing or perhaps a lack of time at the moment, anyway here are a few more pics to keep you going. These are from a new pond complex that i have started fishing on a season ticket and although it is a very difficult water with a huge abundance of natural feed the carp strain themselves do not go much over 20 lb and some are believed to be 40yrs old so a good double from here is indeed a good result.
12,9 lb 5/5/08
17.9 lb 5/5/08
15.0 lb 18/5/08
9.12 lb 18/5/08
12.14 lb 19/5/08 and one of my favorite photos so far

Nice fish Ady.
Just got back from a 72 hrs match on Horseshoe 4 runs, 4 lost fish in the weed, absolutely gutted, but oh well that's fishing.
